How does Expodya Logisitics works
Expodya provides international shoppers with a Turkey shipping address you can use when placing orders with Turkey online stores. The store ships your purchases to Expodya, we ship them to you, and you save BIG on international shipping costs.
What are Expodya's hours of operation?
Customer Service:
We are dedicated to making our members happy, with online account management tools available 24/7. If you need further assistance, there are two ways to contact Expodya:
- Chat: Available 24/7 on our Contact Us page. Our goal is to minimize your hold time. However, response times may be longer during peak shipping periods. If you experience hold times beyond 4 minutes, we recommend contacting us via email instead.
- Email: Send an email to sales@expodya.com, and we will respond shortly, typically within 24 hours. Response times may be longer during peak shipping periods.
Receiving:
Expodya receives packages seven days a week. Your package will show as delivered; then it is catalogued before being placed into your suite. You will receive an email as each package is placed into your suite.
Processing time after delivery is typically 24-48 hours. The receiving department works Monday-Friday, so packages received on Saturday or Sunday will show in your Suite the following Monday.
Shipping:
Our shipping team works Monday through Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00. Urgent shipment requests placed before 15:00 are processed the same business day. Regular processing of shipments takes place the following business day after the request is made. Shipments prepared on Saturdays may not show movement in tracking until the following Monday.
Why was my account deactivated?
There are multiple possibilities as to why your account may have been deactivated: The most common reason for deactivation happens when the Expodya security team determines that a payment or purchase has been made fraudulently. Our security team is always working to provide a safe and secure way to forward your Turkish purchases internationally. Why is my login information not working?
If you are unable to login into your expodya account, first:
- Make sure your Caps Lock button is not turned on.
- Make sure your Web browser is updated to Internet Explorer version 11+, Mozilla Firefox version 39+, Google Chrome 43+, or Safari version 8+.
- If you are still unable to log in, use the "I forgot my email address, suite number or password. Please remind me." function on the Sign In screen.

How can I consolidate my packages into one forwarded shipment?
To consolidate my packages into one forwarded shipment
- log in to your account and go to your Dashboard.
- Go to the Received Packages section and select the packages that you want to consolidate by checking the box to the left of the package code.
- Click on “Add to a New Shipment” and then click “Next”.
- On the next screen, enter what is inside of your packages, where you plan to send your consolidated package, and select what carrier you will use.
- Select your shipping address.
- Select additional packaging options
- Finalize the consolidation request by clicking the “Next” button.
You cannot change or update the consolidation request until after your packages are consolidated. Once submitted, your request will show as “Consolidation Requested” under the “Shipments in Progress” tab on your dashboard. Once we finish consolidating your package, you will have a button that shows “Finalize”. You will be able to see your new consolidated package information and ship your package.

Can you ship Lithium Batteries?
Shipping Lithium Batteries from Turkey to your location with Expodya
There are increasing rules and regulations around shipping lithium batteries. International carriers limit or prohibit the shipping of the following items:
Lithium batteries contained within the device
Lithium Batteries packaged with the device
Lithium batteries are sent on their own (loose batteries)
The different restrictions and limitations are based on the following:
- The type of battery
- How the battery is packaged
- The power of the battery (watt-hours ratings)
- The number of batteries shipped together
- Loose batteries are the most restricted type to ship. A battery is considered loose
- when it is shipped without the device it is intended to power. Examples include but
are not limited to the following:
- Spare Laptop batteries
- Spare Phone batteries
- Spare Camera batteries
- Power banks (portable chargers)
- Loose batteries cannot be shipped by air unless they have a proven state of charge of less than 30%. Most power banks are received with a charge of 30% or more. Since the state of charge for loose spare batteries cannot be determined, this means Stackry almost never ships a battery without the device it powers.
The rules regarding lithium batteries also vary by international carrier.
Some carriers refuse to ship any items that contain lithium-ion batteries. Others put strict limitations on what types of batteries they ship. Finally, some international carriers ship lithium batteries, but not to all countries that Stackry services.
Avoid the problems that come with shipping lithium batteries.

The consolidation process takes 2-3 business days to complete. The warehouse team works as fast as possible to consolidate your packages. However, please allow up to 3 business days for your consolidation to be finalized.

How long does it take for an Information Request or photos to be completed?
Information requests or photos are completed within 24 business hours after you make your request. The Expodya warehouse in Turkey works as fast as possible to meet your requests. How long does it take between making payment to Expodya and my package being shipped?
Once you pay for shipping, your package will be sent within 24 business hours of payment being received. The exceptions to the rule are as follows:
Shipments that have been charged a hazmat fee can take longer to process than the normal 24 hours.
Security has the right to hold any payment that they question for any reason. In these cases, they will ask for more information from the shipper and payor. Most of these cases take more than 24 hours to resolve.
The package contains a problem item or items that cannot be shipped. If your package contains a problem item, you will be notified by email within 24 hours.
